A slower paced class that makes space for tuning in and cultivating a softening of the breath, body, mind, and heart. Through mindful movement, gentle stretching, self-massage, and yin and restorative poses, we invite the nervous system to decompress, the body to repair and heal, and the heart and mind to lead with compassion for the self and others.
